Get a QuoteEmbroidery Artwork & Size Requirements
Embroidery uses thread, so very small details may not reproduce clearly. The minimum usable logo size depends on the artwork, fabric, and placement.
- Letters should generally be at least ¼″ (6.4 mm) tall. Thin or script lettering may require a larger size.
- Filled lines and narrow shapes should generally be at least 1.3 mm thick, with approximately 1.3 mm of clear space between details.
- Tiny lettering, fine details, gradients, and shading may require simplification. We will request your approval before changing your design.
- Requested dimensions are subject to embroidery review. Small or detailed designs may require a test stitch before acceptance.
- Screen mockups show approximate appearance. Thread colors and stitched details may differ from the digital artwork.
- Production begins after final artwork, size, placement, and thread-color approval.

Artwork review
Upload your original artwork and tell us the finished width, height and placement. Vector artwork or a high-resolution image at the intended print size is helpful. Keep backgrounds transparent when they should not print.
Customer-supplied and AI-generated artwork still need review. We confirm any cleanup, simplification, digitizing or extra artwork charges with you before proceeding.
Size & placement
DTF transfers have a maximum width of 11.5 inches. Final size depends on the garment, print location and artwork.
For zip-front sweaters and hoodies, we offer a left-chest design only. We do not place a full-front design across the zipper.

Check spelling, artwork, garment colors, quantities, sizes, decoration colors and placement on your final approval.
Approval taking longer than 24 hours may delay completion or shipping.
Mockups show approximate appearance. Screen colors and placement may differ from the finished garment.
Turnaround, delivery & repeat orders
Our standard turnaround is approximately 14 days. We confirm the production schedule after final artwork approval and a garment-availability check. Shipping transit is additional. Tell us your event date before ordering so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
For a reorder, include your previous order number and tell us what has changed. We recheck the garment style, color, sizes, availability and current quote. Any proposed substitute is sent to you for approval.
